About The Author

Andy Edwards was born in Macon Georgia in 1962. He is the son of Christian parents, Andrew and Jo Ann Edwards Jr. The family moved to Fairfax, Virginia as Andy’s father had a job associated with the U.S. military.  They attended the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Herndon, VA where Andy was saved in 1972. He was called to preach shortly thereafter under Pastor John Bonds and began proclaiming the truth of the Bible in 1973 to a herd of cattle, neighborhood Bible studies, nursing homes, bus routes, and junior church.

Andy and Vicki were married in 1983 while still in Hyles Anderson College. Also during that time in college, Brother Andy served the Lord as youth director, bus director and associate pastor. He graduated from Hyles Anderson in 1985. He received a doctorate degree in 2001.

Dr. Edwards has been pastor of the Northwest Baptist Church in Toledo, Ohio since 1985. He and his wife Vicki have raised five children and as of this time, have ten grandchildren.

Dr. Edwards has a heart for souls, missions, Jew first principles, and accuracy to the Word of God. His sermons are filled with Scripture and as you will see in this book, he is focused on using the Word to prove the Word.
